Our factory can provide 2 methods of printing as follows;

 

1. Flexo printing method (Water-based ink)

✅ Advantages: Bright and vivid color printing, reasonable price, reasonable ink cost, maximum 4colors printing.

❎ Disadvantages: High-cost rubber printing mold is needed.

Suitable for a big lot, repeat orders, printing design that requiring bright, vivid or sharp colors.

2. Digital printing method (special water-based ink)

✅ Advantages: No printing mold is needed, quantity of printing colors is unlimited, good for pastel colors.

❎ Disadvantages: Digital ink cost is very expensive. The brightness and sharpness of color is lower than flexo ink.

Suitable for a small lot (lower than 1,000 pcs), colorful design, pastel color, small volume in trial lot.
